1. Risk identification & mitigation
2. Manage project budgets (Cost Management)
3. Close monitoring of critical path activities
4. Monitor and report of progress
5. Scope & Time management
6. Transmittal / Communication tracker management
7. Participation in cross functional meetings and customer/vendor meetings
8. Invoicing and Payment collection (Cash flow management)
9. Contract closure and payment collection
10. Customer centricity & Excellent communication skills
11. Commercial basic Know-how
