Roles and Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the front office operations.
2. Responsible for greeting and directing staff, guest & vendors.
3. Responding and attending to different complaints, service issues and other general questions or
concerns of employees.
4. Confirming meeting/guest room reservations and arranging of personalized services.
5. Monitoring housekeeping/pantry staff to ensure all office areas are sanitized/clean and ready to
accommodate employees.
6. Coordinating events in office.
7. Arrangements of foods with caterers/restaurants.
8. Documentation and book keeping.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and distribute to concerned department / executive.
10. Maintaining data of routine reports and filing.
11. Data Management including emergency response team details.
12. Assist in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
13. Management of visitor management system.
14. Management of office equipment and consumable items.
