Qualification: Graduate Horticulture / Agriculture

Experience: 10+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and implementation of complete plan for Landscape maintenance and development.
2. Landscaping & Plantation at new site as per plan.
3. Procurement of various types of plants and seeds.
4. Selection, ordering, planting, and maintenance of planting material according to the season.
5. Inspection and execution of plantation and maintenance work.
6. Execution and maintenance of horticulture work – Trees, Grasses, Shrubs, ground covers & lawn.
7. Monitor & Maintain plantations and landscape.
8. Inventories, maps, labeling of plants on site for instructional and maintenance purpose.
9. Assist in the preparation of maintenance schedules/ programs for the control of diseases, insects, and pests of plants.
10. Liasoning work related to the site area.
11. Train the staff and supervise subordinates in gardening operations. Regular trainings to the subordinates on Agrochemicals & their formulations, fertilizer usage, machinery usage, Landscape Maintenance SOP etc.
12. Inventories, map and label trees and shrubs on site for instructional and maintenance purpose.
13. Confer with clients for the selection of plants and their requirement.
14. Assign duties to Horticulture Executives/ Supervisors on their daily task and share the updates with all the concerned stakeholders on daily basis.
15. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
16. Prepare annual budgets, assess manpower/ tools equipment requirement
17. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
18. Prepares and submission of site specific Daily, Monthly, Yearly reports as required by Client/ Management.
19. Inspects facilities to determine maintenance needs, such as nonoperational tools & equipment,
20. Preparation of nursery, herbal garden etc. at different sites based on the need.
