Roles and Responsibilities

*Invoice process management

Ensure invoicing process is as per set norms. Ensure Revenue reporting happens correctly in SAP as per IND AS. Customer master is maintained properly.

* Debtors Management

Reduce the overdue and assists in WC improvement. Regular review mechanism for debtors to ensure it is well under the control. Meeting internal & external stakeholders and ensuring timely collections of receivables.

* Scheme Calculation and settlement

Customer satisfaction through faster customer service to ensure faster settlement of scheme credit notes without compromising on control and accuracy

* Monthly Reports and dashboard

Preparation and review of action oriented MIS reports like discount trend analysis, Distributor MIS, provision v/s actual etc. and establish the same to the management, which help them for better decision making and taking appropriate action.

* Stakeholder Management

Meeting external stakeholders like Distributors, Department Stores, E-Com channel partners to understand their issues and resolving them.
