Job Responsibility:

Achieving the production targets and plans.
Trouble shooting the process based problems during operations.

Minimizing the rejection and rework in section.

Coordinating with the Quality department to meet the quality production

Attending the workers complaints and resolving them.

Participating in the product development activities.

Took morning meeting of shop supervisors and decide daily targets.

Production planning to meet customer requirement.

Inventory of all components in section.

Daily plan vs. actual updated on MIS.
