JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparing & evaluating detailed project planning
Scheduling, resource planning
Preparation and evaluation of operating budgets including Profitability & Cash Flow Statements
Preparing specific quality assurance & control plans etc
Monitoring & controlling the projects with respect to physical & financial progress, time, cost, resource
deployment & utilization,
Contract compliance and quality compliance,
Ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
Experience:
15+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Companies
Education:
Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience
PG Diploma in Project Planning/Construction Management
Key Skills:
Essential: Working Knowledge in MS Projects, Primavera & SAP.
