Roles and Responsibilities

The desired candidate shall have experience in high rise towers and commercial towers

adhere to the contract practice specially in fidic

candidates able to overseeing the work and manage the task force

must be able to comply the local law and order and able to handle any disputes arises between
vendors

vendor management

certifying the SC bills and control the cost of project

comply the HSC policy of client and take care of workforce welfare

complying the QAQC

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E/B.Tech (Civil/ Mechanical or Electrical) with minimum 5 years Experience

Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical or Electrical with 10 years Experience

gulf experience in added advantage

Candidates must have proficiency in English

professional membership will be added advantage
