Job description
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Take care of the travel desk, book domestic & international tickets, arranging visa
Book domestic and international hotels, manage guest house, making arrangements for
foreign travelers.
Manage all internal external company events, negotiation with venue, decoration, setup,
AV equipment, DJ, menu select etc. for events such as Annual Day, Strategy meet, Diwali,
women day, Town hall, Zest etc.
Take care of printing and stationery of HO, SRC & PROVIS
Take care of Admin documentation such as SOP, Guidelines, Policies etc.
Responsible for all cafeteria related function such as Lunch, fruits, snacks, inventory,
maintenance etc.
Take care of hiring contractual manpower, their code of conduct and training
Responsible for invoicing of all the vendor related invoicing and getting there payments
released.
Supporting HR & DO on their day to day requirements.
Additional Responsibility:
Ensure the timely induction of all new joiners.
Complete on-boarding of new joinees in SAP Success Factors, My Sentiss
